At the beginning of 2022, the 40-year-old moved to the Swabian hidden champion BACHMANN after more than 15 years in the corporate world. Her core motivation to move things forward faster, more flexibly and more holistically, such as portfolio expansions or innovative systems, should appeal to BACHMANN Group customers.
As Head of Product, Corinna Moench is responsible for Product & Application Management and Product Development at the BACHMANN Group. She also leads the Innovation Markets division together with owner and CEO, Peter Bachmann. Her expertise includes leadership and steering in product management - from classic to smart products to complex product innovation processes.
The new manager describes her motivation and approach at BACHMANN as follows: "Customer added value and team motivation reinforce each other as in a cycle. In this way, we continuously reach a new level on both sides. With my great team, I want to make things happen in a tangible way and inspire customers in the long term."
