Stuttgart, 16.03.2023 - BACHMANN will be represented at interzum 2023 with a stand and numerous innovations. Between 9 and 12 May, the Stuttgart-based company will be presenting concepts, solutions and platforms for working and living environments that are undergoing change under the motto "Places of living, places of work".
BACHMANN will have its own stand at interzum 2023 in Cologne. Visitors can discover solutions from different areas such as Office, Kitchen and Multispace, including many innovations that focus on innovation, design, flexibility and quality of life.
Everyday culture in transition: the themes
BACHMANN solutions help people to enhance their everyday lives and increase the quality of life. Therefore, BACHMANN products are always the result of social developments and concepts as well as trends and social currents - like interior design and furniture construction in general.
This year's stand motto is "Places of living, places of work". Behind this is a basic assumption from current trend research: in the industrial age, society had agreed on a separation of working and living spaces. Through digitalisation and the pandemic, places acquired new meanings. Today, workers are confronted with a new simultaneity of these places and social spheres. Compulsory presence and fixed workplaces are considered obsolete. The office is increasingly becoming a kind of multispace with a high quality of stay. At home, on the other hand, people now also work in most rooms. How must the places to which we once assigned fixed meanings now change? BACHMANN deals with these questions when designing solutions.
Moreover, design and high-quality conceptualisation and production are characteristic of BACHMANN as a company. In this context, design is much more than mere creation - rather, it always solves a functional and/or aesthetic problem. Our products are made for high-quality everyday experiences. Whether in the office or at home: BACHMANN products should make a noticeable difference to the quality of everyday life. During interzum, trade fair visitors can discover various products at the BACHMANN stand. An excerpt of the exhibited portfolio:
CYCLE: CYCLE is a versatile power strip that adapts to different contexts. Whether lying down in the CYCLE Base variant, hanging with a loop as CYCLE Loop, mounted on a table as CYCLE Desk, or standing upright in the CYCLE Pole variant - the designer socket outlet is the first choice for a variety of applications. The end caps of the Base, Desk and Loop versions are interchangeable, so CYCLE combines several products in one solution. CYCLE is not only based on fossil raw materials - but integrates a vegetable component. Other components such as the loop, which is made of recycled fishing net, are oriented towards the use of recyclable materials.
TWIST 2: The further development of the classic offers a choice of design for the first time, which means that TWIST 2 harmonises even better with its surroundings and sets targeted accents. A particularly important aspect of the revised product design is the intensification of the user experience: TWIST 2 no longer has to be opened manually, but is operated playfully and conveniently automatically at the touch of a button.
MOV:E: MOV:E is an extraordinary and clever mobile power supply. It offers all common connections and enough power for all common electronic devices of everyday office life. From the laptop to the digital flipchart. All these features are combined in a compact and handy product that stands on safe, robust feet. Thanks to the practical carrying strap, MOV:E is easy to transport. MOV:E enables free and mobile working no matter where, no matter when, no matter how.
iotspot: iotspot is a platform for modern work organisation. Users can reserve and book workplaces, rooms, parking spaces or areas via the platform. A sensor system can also provide anonymised data on building use. With this basis, facility management can optimise various parameters such as utilisation and space management. iotspot is a cloud-based, interface-compatible solution and does not tie up IT capacities.
Mini Port Replikator: Internet connection, power supply, screen connection - the Mini Port Replicator bundles everything a laptop needs and integrates it neatly and clearly into one connection panel. In this way, the entire arrangement of the desk can be used with just one cable via USB C connection and the work surface remains tidy and cable-free. This makes technical functions easily accessible to every user in the context of desk sharing.
OCHNO: Ochno creates the user-friendly meeting room. Users can switch between their own devices and permanently installed conference systems and share media content easily and hassle-free. Simply plug in the cable and get started. A USB C plug and play concept eliminates the need for drivers, apps, cables or a confusing array of different interfaces, while also taking care of charging.
CASIA 2: CASIA 2 is a power strip for corners and niches in a slim, design-oriented form. It exists in various versions. Non-visible sockets, a powerful 22-watt USB A/C charger, a high-quality metal surface and adjustable length make the power strip an optimal helper in the kitchen.
